Wipro Limited is seeking a DevOps engineer to work with application teams, developers and testing to streamline integration and deployment processes. The role emphasizes automating CI/CD, managing infrastructure and onboarding applications on DevOps tools to meet client needs.

Formación

• Mandatory skills: DevOps with 5-8 years of experience.
• Experience in CI/CD and DevOps toolchain.
• Ability to automate deployment and testing in a DevOps environment.

Responsabilidades

• Align and focus on continuous integration and continuous deployment of technology in applications.
• Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline from planning, coding and building, testing, staging, release, configuration and monitoring.
• Manage IT infrastructure as per the requirements of the supported software code.
• On-board an application on the DevOps tool and configure it per client needs.
• Create user access workflows and grant access per the defined process.
• Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per client customization.
• Collaborate with development staff to connect code with OS and production infrastructure.
• Leverage tools to automate testing and deployment in a Dev-Ops environment.
• Provide customer support on DevOps tools.
• Timely support internal & external customers on multiple platforms.
• Resolve tickets within the defined TAT and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow escalation matrix when resolution is challenging.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical issues.
