Resumo da oferta

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Design Systems Engineer to define and scale client design systems across multiple brands. You will own token architecture, semantic naming, and component libraries to ensure consistency and quality across sites.

The role requires deep experience with Figma variables, auto layout, and architecture, plus the ability to work with US clients during overlapping business hours. This is a remote, full-time position serving Latin America and beyond.

Qualificações

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in your portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, component properties, auto layout, and variants.
• A portfolio showing client-to-client variation with consistent underlying rigor.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming our pipeline can read predictably.
• Ship core component libraries that hold up across an entire site, not just a homepage.
• Document the system so a developer or automated pipeline can execute it without questions.
• Work across several client brands at once, each looking distinctly different, with the same structural rigor.
