Confie is seeking a Sr. Data Warehouse Architect to lead the design and modernization of our enterprise data platform. You will drive scalable data solutions, mentor teams, and collaborate with business stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.

The role emphasizes hands-on technology leadership, data modeling standards, and governance across Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, and Databricks in a cloud-first environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data warehousing, data engineering, analytics platforms, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data warehouse or analytics solutions.
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Experience supporting or participating in data migration and platform modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of analytical data modeling concepts and implementation approaches.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence architectural decisions.
• Experience within the insurance industry (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions using Snowflake and modern cloud data technologies.
• Define and maintain scalable data architecture, data modeling standards (Dimensional Modeling, Data Vault, and related approaches), and integration patterns.
• Architect, optimize, and oversee ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable, efficient, and scalable data processing.
• Drive data platform modernization, migration initiatives, and continuous improvement of the data ecosystem.
• Design solutions that integrate data from multiple business systems, including operational, financial, CRM, and customer-related platforms.
• Establish best practices for performance tuning, workload optimization, data quality, governance, and cloud cost management.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate analytical and reporting requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to data engineers and analytics teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches that improve analytics capabilities and business outcomes.
• Ensure data solutions support enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

Sr. Data Warehouse Architect
