Job summary

TeamStation AI is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for a 100% remote role across Latin America. You will turn large datasets into actionable data products, design attribution and incremental lift experiments, and collaborate with Product, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to deploy scalable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of applied data science, deep experience with Databricks and Spark, and strong Python/SQL skills, with expertise in statistics, experimentation, and causal

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Data Science or related applied-data experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Advanced Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Experience with A/B tests, switchback tests, quasi-experiments, or related methods.
• Proven experience cleaning and validating large, messy, multi-source datasets.
• Experience building predictive models or data products used by real teams.
• Ability to turn unclear business questions into structured analytical work.

Responsibilities

• Turn large, messy datasets into trusted methods, clear decisions, and useful data products.
• Design measurement approaches for incremental lift, experiments, and causal analysis.
• Write clean Python, SQL, and Spark code and build scalable data workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers to deploy data products.
• Explain technical decisions and uncertainty clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
