Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Data Integration & BI Engineer to modernize and support LATAM analytics in a hybrid legacy-and-cloud environment. You will maintain ETL pipelines and BI reporting while driving transition and knowledge transfer across distributed teams.

The role requires 3+ years in BI data integration, strong SQL, and hands-on Azure Data Factory with optional Informatica experience. English is required and Spanish is a plus for LATAM coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in BI and data integration/ETL delivery.
• Hands-on Azure Data Factory for data workflows.
• Advanced SQL for data transformation, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Informatica is a plus.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2); Spanish LATAM a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain BI and data integration solutions across LATAM.
• Ensure operational continuity for analytics and integration platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in ETL pipelines and BI reporting.
