AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, automate, and manage data ingestion workflows within our Enterprise Service Management team. You will use Python, Snowflake, and OpenTelemetry to ensure robust pipelines and observable systems, with strong SQL to validate data across end-to-end processes.

Remote-friendly role with upper-intermediate English, 4+ years of backend Python experience, and proven ServiceNow integration expertise.

• 4+ years of backend Python development experience.
• Experience building data ingestion workflows and pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and OpenTelemetry.
• Proven ability to build integrations with ServiceNow.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer, automate, and manage robust data ingestion workflows.
• Ensure data pipelines integrate seamlessly with downstream systems.
• Build and maintain integrations with ServiceNow.
• Leverage Snowflake and OpenTelemetry to optimize data flow and observability.
• Troubleshoot bottlenecks or failures within automated data pipelines.
