Job summary

Capgemini, on behalf of Farmers, seeks a Sr Data Engineer (SQL, Informatica) for a remote role based in Mexico. You will design and implement data pipelines, curate data, and publish reliable datasets for analytics and AI/ML use.

You'll translate business needs into technical tasks, collaborate across teams, apply data governance, and provide junior coaching as you deliver scalable data products in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data products with minimal coaching.
• Proficient in SQL and Informatica for data integration.
• Knowledge of data governance concepts and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of data products with minimal guidance.
• Develop data models, flows, and pipelines for reporting and data science use.
• Create access methods for structured and unstructured data.
• Translate business data stories into technical tasks and estimates.
• Build scalable data pipelines for streaming and batch workloads.
• Collaborate across dependencies and coach junior associates.
