Takeda Innovation Solutions Mexico S.A de C.V seeks an senior Data Engineer to lead data product development in a Medical/biotech context. You will build data models, integration solutions, and high-quality pipelines with tests, delivering dashboards using React and Streamlit.

Hybrid Mexico City role with cross-functional collaboration across product, analytics, and engineering teams. Strong emphasis on data quality, compliance, and mentoring, with opportunities to influence data strategy.

Formación

• 12+ years building data products as a Data Engineer or similar.
• 12+ years Python and SQL with a data focus.
• Experience leading customer-focused implementation projects.
• Experience with React and/or Streamlit for dashboards.
• Excellent communication and delivery skills.
• Familiarity with Cloud, DevOps and SDLC in regulated environments.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Solution Architects to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Build data models, prototypes, and integration solutions.
• Create data pipelines with unit and integration tests to ensure data quality.
• Develop dashboards and reports using React/Streamlit.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive process improvements.
