Formación

• Minimum 12 years professional experience related to Engineering Cost Management.
• Ability to systematically explain concepts and methodologies.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
• Manage estimating and cost planning activities.
• Ensure post-contract cost variances are managed effectively.
• Review construction plans and prepare quantity take-offs.
• Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, and budgets.

Conocimientos

Fluent in English and Spanish

Strong client management

Strong communication skills

Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint

Knowledge of AutoCAD

Ability to work under pressure

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Architecture

RICS, AACE Certifications/Memberships
