Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a Compliance Investigator to lead investigations into potential violations of law or GE policies, including Respectful Workplace, conflict of interest, and other compliance areas.

The role reports to the Compliance Investigations Manager – Americas. The investigator will manage investigations from the open reporting system, provide updates to stakeholders, and coordinate with Compliance, HR, and Labor & Employment to determine findings and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, legal, investigations, audit or HR.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language proficiency.
• Portuguese language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations of policy concerns raised through open reporting.
• Conduct thorough investigations including interviews, risk assessments, and evidence gathering.
• Prepare clear, evidence-based investigation reports with findings and conclusions.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Labor & Employment, and HR to determine actions.
• Provide regular case updates and briefings to leadership.
