Fresh Consulting is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Individual Contributor) to lead the design and implementation of cloud-native data platforms for international clients in the US. You will build a modern data warehouse from the ground up to enable future AI/LLM integrations and automated workflows.

The role is remote from Mexico with preferred work locations in Monterrey, Mexico City, or Guadalajara. English fluency is required (CEFR C1) and occasional travel to the U.S. is expected.

Formación

• 4–7 years of end-to-end data warehousing experience.
• Cloud-native data platforms design and build.
• Azure data stack or AWS/GCP experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• BI tooling experience (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
• Ability to work with US executives and travel quarterly.
• Proficient English communication (CEFR C1).

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native data warehouses.
• Develop and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines across systems.
• Create scalable data models for reporting and BI.
• Implement data quality, governance, and security.
• Collaborate with US-based executives to translate requirements.
• Optimize queries, pipelines, and workflows for cost efficiency.
