Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Business Excellence Technician in Ciudad Juárez. You will support complex assignments, apply lean manufacturing tools, and develop executive presentations for the Juarez region. Join a team driving standardization, audits, and continuous improvement across operations.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of experience, knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation software. English proficiency is preferred.

Formación

  • High school or technical degree required; Industrial Engineering degree preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience; English preferred.
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint/PDF presentations.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools expected.

Responsabilidades

  • Provides support on assignments requiring criteria, initiative and problem-solving using lean principles.
  • Trains groups of associates in department initiatives.
  • Develops executive-level presentations for the Juarez region.
  • Leads lean manufacturing initiatives and ensures adherence to standards.
  • Monitors and audits application of SOPs, lean tools and 5S.

We are searching for the best talent for Senior Business Excellence Technician

Purpose:

Provides support under supervision in the complex-by-nature assignments, which require criteria, initiative and the ability to solve problems, such as operations analysis, support in the balancing of lines, processes standardization, lean manufacturing, among others.

You will be responsible for:
  • Trains groups of associates in department initiative.
  • Provides support in the use of lean manufacturing tools.
  • Provides information in the advance of the projects or activities to the area or project leaders.
  • Monitors the correct application of the standards operation procedures through periodical audits about the use of lean manufacturing tools (Lean audit & 5s audit).
  • Reports to the operational excellence manager any irregularities found in the audits.
  • Develops graphs, charts, schemes, drawings and presentations.
  • Develops and support the development of training material.
  • Generates purchase orders and follows the applicable procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures in regard of Environment, Health and Safety.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable.
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides support on assignments such as developing executive-level presentations for the Juarez region, creating presentations with high visual content based on operational data.
  • Ability to make presentations at the Management and Campus level.
  • Analyze data and trends.
  • Provides general consulting on the use of lean manufacturing tools.
  • Leads initiatives at the plant level and provides layout control support.
Qualifications / Requirements:

EDUCATION: High school or technical career. Preferably Graduated from the Industrial Engineering degree.

JOB EXPERIENCE: From 4 to 6 years. Knowledge of the English language preferably. Proficiency in using different types of software to create PowerPoint/PDF presentations. Knowledge in the medical products industry preferred. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and/or six sigma tools expected.

Ability to analyze and represent financial and/or operational data graphically.

High level of creativity

Proactive.

Or currently studying a professional degree in the field of Engineering with half of the school credits completed. (Preferred)

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS
  • Ability to use computer programs (Microsoft Office, Autocad, igrafx, Minitab, etc.).
