Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, and writing user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure solutions address real needs.

You will work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and internal products, playing a key role in scoping and estimation. Strong English and experience with APIs/integrations are important.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar on software projects.
• Proven ability to run discovery sessions and translate input into structured requirements.
• Experienced in process mapping and data modeling at a business level.
• Strong written and spoken English; comfortable leading client meetings with U.S. stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Jira; familiarity with Figma and collaborative docs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand goals, workflows, and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, business rules, data definitions, and edge cases.
• Break scope into epics and stories for engineering estimation.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Partner with the Product Manager to prioritize and groom the backlog.
