The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a stylist to provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to customers in our Monterrey store. You will help customers achieve sales targets while educating and inspiring them through an exceptional in-store experience.

With strong people skills, you will work with the team to ensure the store meets high standards of visual merchandising. This role suits ambitious self-starters pursuing a progressive career in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Make-up artistry or retail makeup experience preferred; amateurs with high creative and technical skills are welcome.
• Ability to demonstrate inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Willing to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.

As one of our talented Stylists you will provide welcoming, authentic and personalized service to our customers in order to achieve all customer service and sales targets.

With your passion for people, our company, products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in⁃store experience which educates, inspires and delights them.

You will also use your exceptional people skills to build collaborative working relationships with the rest of your dynamic team to ensure that the store meets the Company's high standards of visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• While a qualification in make-up artistry/previous retail make up experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who are able to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise


• All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service


• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment


• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
