A leading software company is looking for a Principal Backend Engineer to lead a team and integrate their platform into customer systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, excellent communication skills in English, and experience with Java, Spring, and microservices. This position offers a hybrid working environment in Guadalajara, Mexico, requiring office attendance two days a week.

Formación

• Solid background in software development, design and architectural patterns.
• 2-3 years of experience in the banking domain or Fintech products preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong experience with microservices and Cloud-native deployments.
• Knowledgeable of relational databases like Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL.

Responsabilidades

• Lead/manage the team of Backend engineers.
• Integrate the Backbase platform into customers' systems.
• Act as an expert for backend-related topics during projects.
• Foster collaboration across departments.
