Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software development experience with 3+ years in architecture-focused roles.
• Deep experience designing low-latency service architectures in AWS and distributed components.
• Experience with explicit latency budgets and durable commits in hot paths.
• Experience designing audit/evidence systems with versioned models and replay.
• Proven capability for secure multi-tenant designs and RLS strategies.
• Strong RESTful API design and SDK integration experience.
• Ability to lead architecture reviews and mentor engineers.
• Documentation of architecture decisions with ADRs and diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership in client reviews.
