Bluelight Consulting in Mexico is seeking a senior DevOps/SRE/DevSecOps engineer to join our rapidly growing team. You will design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines, focusing on reliability, security, and performance.

You will work with AWS services (ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, S3) and IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with SOC 2 and audit requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps experience.
• Strong hands-on AWS: ECS/Fargate, RDS/Aurora, ALB, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS, S3.
• Production Aurora/PostgreSQL with multi-AZ, replicas, lag monitoring.
• IaC experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Containerization and orchestration with Docker and ECS/Fargate.
• Ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Deployment automation with rollback drills.
• Experience with monitoring and logging (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch).
• Security-first mindset: vulnerability management and compliance.
• SOC 2 audit support and client security reviews.
• Incident response, on-call rotations, root-cause analysis.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Willingness to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Extreme ownership and accountability; client-focused.
