• 7+ years of experience in CX IT platform implementation in a technical role.
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda.
• Experience with S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, serverless architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js.
• Effective communication skills in English.
