Milestone Technologies, Inc. in Mexico City seeks an onsite AV/VC Operations Tier 3 Technician with strong video conferencing and troubleshooting skills to support large‑scale enterprise AV operations.

You will escalate, diagnose and repair conference room systems, install equipment, coordinate with Tier 1/2 teams, and keep tickets updated in Zendesk while communicating with the client and internal teams. This role requires Crestron, QSC, Shure experience, and a calm, detail‑oriented approach in

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in AV operations.
• Subject matter expert in AV deployments and corporate operations support.
• CTS certification preferred.
• Experience with Crestron, LED walls, QSC and Shure systems.
• Strong networking knowledge and video transmission over networks.
• Project management skills and ability to log work in a ticketing system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to multitask and maintain high standards under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Escalate AV equipment issues when Tier 1/2 cannot resolve.
• Maintain and troubleshoot conference room systems and installations.
• Coordinate physical installation and commissioning of AV gear.
• Log accurate details in Zendesk and update Slack with status.
• Assist with turnover of new conference rooms and spaces.
• Support Google Meet and other conferencing tools across rooms.
