You will collaborate with production, development, and research teams to implement new technologies and drive continuous improvement. This role requires hands-on automation experience, PLC programming skills, and proven project leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLC programming and automated equipment troubleshooting.
• Proven project management experience with cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Experience supporting new product introduction and implementation of new manufacturing technologies.
• Ability to analyze process and equipment performance data and use problem-solving tools to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to influence teams and drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation-focused projects to improve equipment reliability, process capability, production capacity, and overall manufacturing performance
• Troubleshoot equipment, material, and process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions

Role Purpose

As a Senior Automation Project Engineer, you will lead and support automation initiatives that improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. This role partners closely with production, development, and research teams to solve technical challenges, implement process improvements, and introduce new automated technologies. You will also play a key role in project execution, technical training, and continuous improvement efforts across the operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead automation-focused projects to improve equipment reliability, process capability, production capacity, and overall manufacturing performance
• Troubleshoot equipment, material, and process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
• Support the introduction of new automated equipment, technologies, and new products into manufacturing operations

Experiences/Education - Required

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
