BorgWarner seeks a quality professional to lead APQP programs, manage control plans, and ensure PPAP readiness for new launches. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer and BorgWarner requirements, drive containment, and deliver robust quality documentation.

Strong knowledge of ISO/IATF, Six Sigma/Lean, and GD&T is essential, along with experience in automotive supplier environments and CN/DFM focus.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or similar background.
• Fluent level of English.
• Minimum 3 years in APQP with automotive suppliers.
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF quality systems and Six Sigma/Lean training.

Responsabilidades

• Lead APQP processes, control plans, and PPAP activities with cross-functional teams.
• Be the primary quality contact for the customer and program VOC.
• Ensure compliance with BorgWarner standards and customer-specific requirements.
• Coordinate 8D problem solving and lessons learned workshops.
• Maintain program KPIs and support risk assessment across launches.
