You will drive electrical design, testing, and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality systems and regulatory standards.

Role requires 5+ years of engineering experience, strong problem solving, and leadership capabilities to mentor peers and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive engineering/technical roles or equivalent experience.
• Proven problem-solving and project-management capabilities (six-sigma, 8D, RCA, PMP) and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Apply engineering principles across broad assignments and drive quality and safety compliance.
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams and mentor junior engineers.
• Develop electrical designs and prototypes and validate with testing protocols.
• Document protocols, reports, specifications and work instructions; contribute to continuous improvement.
