AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports that turn complex data into insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

Strong SQL, Python, and analytical judgment are essential. The role requires 4+ years of independent project ownership, fluent English, and a daily overlap with US Eastern Time hours.

Formación

• Must have 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership at Senior Analyst level.
• Fluent/business-level English (written and verbal).
• College degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Daily proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau or PowerBI, Excel, and Python.
• Proficiency in SQL with CTEs, window functions, and date/time functions.
• Tableau as primary BI tool for dashboards.
• Familiarity with database models, transforming raw columnar data, and loading large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and/or machine learning.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow efficiency and data security awareness.
• Strong communication skills to explain data insights and visuals.
• Ability to work in small fast-paced environments with high accountability; capable of independent prioritization while exercising sound judgment.
• Must have substantial overlap with US Eastern Time hours (roughly 10 AM - 4 PM eastern time).

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting database tables to track subscription and promotional offers performance.
• Produce and maintain monthly financial reports with variance analysis and explanations.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards summarizing metrics for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and impact of offers.
• Support revenue management by modeling discount strategies and analyzing retention and LTV.
• Ensure data accuracy with data collection, quality control, and anomaly resolution.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from Finance, Marketing, Distribution, Product, etc.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data for holistic insights.
