We’re looking for a Senior Amazon PPC Manager with 6+ years of experience managing and scaling high‑performing Amazon ad campaigns. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands‑on executor – capable of leading a team, driving performance, and developing innovative ad strategies that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement advanced Amazon PPC strategies across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and conduct quality assurance on the work of PPC specialists, ensuring alignment with performance goals and client expectations.
  • Budget Ownership: Build and manage advertising budgets, optimise spend allocation, and ensure strong ROI and profitability across multiple brands.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyse performance data to refine campaigns, improve CTR, reduce ACoS, and maximise ROAS.
  • Advanced Analytics: Generate insightful reports, build data models, and present actionable recommendations to internal and client teams.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Managers, Creative, and Data teams to align advertising strategies with broader business goals.
  • Market Insights: Stay ahead of Amazon’s evolving advertising tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Innovation & Testing: Experiment with new campaign structures, keyword strategies, and ad formats to drive growth.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical or performance‑related issues efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns at scale.
  • In‑depth expertise in Amazon Advertising Console (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data interpretation.
  • Demonstrated success in improving ACoS, CTR, and overall profitability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.
  • Experience managing or mentoring PPC specialists.
  • Familiarity with other paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus.
