Qualifications

• Direct professional experience in the insurance or insurance-brokerage industry.
• Prior experience working with LATAM corporate clients.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and process improvement.
• Solid knowledge of AI concepts and practical AI tools for operations.
• Experience teaching, training, or advising business professionals.
• Excellent Spanish and professional English.
• Comfort delivering virtual, live instruction to corporate groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live virtual sessions for operations teams and mid-level managers in LATAM.
• Prepare through dry runs and align with Customer Success and Program teams.
• Adapt prepared workshop materials to insurance/brokerage context.
• Explain AI applications for operations: automation, workflow optimization, productivity, and data-driven decisions.
• Provide real-world case studies relevant to insurance operations.
• Assist participants in applying concepts to their workflows and business projects.
• Act as SME on operational, governance, and risk implications of AI adoption.
