Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Senior Manager, AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions across enterprise platforms. You will work in a fast-moving Agile setting, translating business needs into scalable AI agents and applications on Azure, with emphasis on observability, safety, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI or ML engineering with a track record of production-ready solutions
• Strong proficiency in Python and working knowledge of Java or C++

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI agents and GenAI solutions: prototype, iterate, and production-ready domain-specific AI agents
• Write and optimize production-grade AI code in Python and other languages
• Deploy and operate AI solutions on Azure cloud with MLOps pipelines
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise platforms and APIs
• Implement AI observability and telemetry for production reliability
• Build agent evaluation frameworks and benchmarking datasets
• Engineer enterprise AI context with retrieval pipelines and knowledge graphs
• Implement AI safety controls and runtime guardrails
• Design multi-agent systems coordinating planning and tool execution
• Operate AI applications in production including lifecycle management
• Support digital twin capabilities with intelligent simulations and decision support
• Collaborate within agile teams and contribute to design reviews
• Stay current with AI advances and apply best practices in engineering
