A leading agricultural firm in Mexico seeks a Manager, Agronomy Sr. to develop and lead the agronomy team. The successful candidate will implement innovative practices to enhance berry production and ensure compliance with agricultural standards. They will collaborate with regional managers and support local initiatives while managing the team’s performance and development. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in agronomy management, strong analytical skills, and bilingual communication abilities in English and Spanish.

Formación

• 7-10 years of experience in agronomy or a related field is essential.
• 5+ years' leadership experience managing a team.
• PCA, CCA or similar certification/license is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead regional agronomy initiatives and manage local teams.
• Support regenerative agriculture practices and field diagnosis.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Conocimientos

Expertise in berry crop management

Strong diagnostic and analytical thinking

Excellent managerial and financial skills

Effective communication in English and Spanish

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences
