Curtiss-Wright Corporation in Hermosillo, Mexico is seeking an experienced accountant to manage all segments of the general accounting function and supervise the maintenance of accounting systems, ensuring data integrity for financial analysts.

You will handle AP, AR, invoicing, IVA taxes, MEARS reporting, and monthly reports for local and corporate US operations, while backing up the admin assistant and supporting office controls and compliance.

Formación

• Requires understanding of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with ledgers, journal entries, fixed assets, inventory, and reconciliations.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, tax filings, MEARS reporting, and inter-company transfers.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain general and subsidiary ledgers, prepare operating and financial statements.
• Direct fixed asset control, depreciation, accruals and tax reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and intercompany transfers.
• Coordinate external audit materials and financial reporting.
• Provide ad hoc reporting for Curtiss-Wright.
