A growing women's swimwear brand is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to enhance financial efficiency. This role involves overseeing the accounting team, ensuring accurate month-end closes, and managing compliance across various sales channels. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, over 5 years of relevant experience, and strong technical skills in QuickBooks and e-commerce accounting. This position is crucial for their financial operations with a focus on timely reporting and tax compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Experience with general ledger systems and accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Close month-end in QuickBooks within 20 days after month-end.
• Oversee bookkeepers in reconciling various transactions.
• Ensure correct sync of transactions from Shopify to QuickBooks.
• Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial statements.
