• Must have experience with databases like Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle, or DB2.
• Must be based in Mexico and hold Mexican citizenship.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience as a Support Engineer or Java Developer.
• Solid skills in:
  • Data Structures (applied in real applications)
  • Problem‑solving – spotting patterns, finding root causes, and suggesting smart solutions
  • Great communication skills – explain tech clearly to tech and business audiences.
• Comfortable with Java (Object‑Oriented Programming)
• Experience with databases like Sybase ASE/IQ, Oracle, or DB2
• English level: B2 or higher
• Must be based in Mexico and hold Mexican citizenship.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Participate in Change Management processes to keep our production environment top‑notch.
• Build detailed runbooks and performance reports to improve operational efficiency.
• Continuously learn and grow, including working with proprietary technologies.

• Experience in the Financial Services Industry.
• Exposure to Big Data/Cluster Computing: Spark, Hadoop, HDFS, XRS, especially with cloud platforms.
• A degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or similar degrees.
