Job summary

Nuvnext in Guadalajara is seeking an on-site, full-time role focusing on security and defense intelligence. You will shape where intelligence can help, set governance, and ensure human control over how its used within cities, command centers, and cargo networks.

You will translate the sector's realities into concrete product problems, write the rules of use, and support security clients from diagnosis to operation, collaborating directly with founders and production teams.

The role

Your first 90 days

1. Day 30

   You learn the platform, computer vision and Nuvnext's governance.

2. Day 60

   You deliver a map of the sector's problems with priority and judgment.

3. Day 90

   You bring the strategy to a real client and into the governance the client reads.

Must have

• Experience in public or private security, defense or civil protection.

• Background in international relations, political science, security studies, or a military or police career.
