WPP Media seeks a Manager Search to drive paid search campaigns across multiple regions. You will build strong relationships with regional teams in Europe, the U.S., and Asia, ensuring high-quality output and consistent delivery.

You will also mentor a small team, providing timely feedback and escalation support as needed, while advancing best practices across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, and Amazon Search.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• 3+ years’ experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Amazon Search, etc.).
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strong relationships with WPP Media regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
• Enforce paid Search best practices with focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work.
• Serve as escalation point for the team and own issue resolution.
• Line‑manage 2‑5 direct reports.

Role Summary And Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high‑impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager Search who will:

• Develop strong relationships with counterparts in WPP Media regional teams (Europe, U.S., Asia).
• Enforce paid Search best practices with a focus on platform expertise, consistency, and quality of work delivery and be accountable for consistent work delivery to WPP Media regional teams by ensuring a high quality of output.
• Serve as point of escalation for your team and take ownership of resolving challenges.
• Line‑manage 2‑5 direct reports.
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to the team to aid in their development, improvement, and progress. Provide awareness and recognition for jobs well done.

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced English level (B2–C2).
• Have 3+ years’ experience of managing Paid Search campaigns in platforms such as: Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360, Amazon Search, etc.
• At least 1 year of previous leadership experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
