A leading language learning company is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Mexico to qualify inbound interest and lead outbound campaigns. This role involves closing transactional deals and working closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years in sales, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with CRM tools. Formación

  • 1-3+ years in SDR/BDR or inside sales role preferred.
  • Comfortable in closing transactional deals.
  • Demonstrated success in inbound qualification and outbound prospecting.

Responsabilidades

  • Qualify inbound leads from various sources.
  • Design and execute personalized outbound campaigns.
  • Generate SQLs and book meetings for AE partners.
  • Own and close transactional deals end-to-end.
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene.
  • Continuously test and learn for better outcomes.
