Formación

  • 2+ years of experience in Agile development as a Scrum Master.

What You’ll Do

As a Scrum Master, you will act as a servant leader, facilitator, and advocate of Agile collaboration methods, aligned with a product‑centric organization. You will coordinate, support, and assist all aspects of a cross‑functional product team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Owner—serving as their primary point of contact—coordinate the development team, and align with release management to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery that meets customer needs. Additionally, you will help remove impediments, promote Agile values, and ensure that Agile ceremonies and practices are followed effectively to maximize team value delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Act as facilitator and advocate of the Agile/Scrum practices in alignment with a product‑centric organization. This role coordinates, supports, and assists all aspects of product development.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach scrum teams on basic Agile practices with the goal of applying more complex practices as the team matures.
  • Advocate for the use of Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
  • Facilitate team ceremonies from sprint planning to demonstration, as well as tracking progress and achievement of the team goals at daily stand‑ups using burndown charts/cumulative flow diagrams.
  • Build effective communication and interaction between Agile teams, as well as strong working relationships with teams using traditional project management methods.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions on topics such as story pointing, user story creation, prioritization.
  • Develop a generative culture of sharing risk and responsibility.
  • Help create an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ensure that feedback loops are short and that what is learned is used for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or other relevant work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Agile development working as a Scrum Master.
  • 4+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
  • Thorough understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean practices.
  • Understanding of design thinking, DevSecOps, and CICD pipelines a plus.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Comfortable leading multi‑day workshops and training modules.
  • English language proficiency.
Preferred
  • Healthcare and Life Sciences industry experience desired.
  • Experience using Power BI to generate Agile metrics and reports for stakeholders, connected to Jira.
  • Industry‑recognized Agile and/or DevOps qualifications.
  • Preferred Technical Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • General knowledge of ServiceNow, as it’s relevant for the role and the environment the team operates in.
