Job summary

Inspired Education Group is seeking a Security Supervisor for Picacho McGregor School in San José del Cabo to ensure a safe, healthy, hygienic and secure environment for students and staff. The role reports to the Operations Director and drives safety, civil protection and occupational health practices across the campus.

The ideal candidate will coordinate the Nursing team, manage medical supplies, supervise CCTV and alarm systems, and lead training on first aid, drills and risk prevention while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Industrial Safety, Civil Protection, Nursing, Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in school or workplace safety and hygiene management.
• Experience with video surveillance and access-control systems.
• Civil Protection, STPS regulations, Advanced First Aid and/or Basic Life Support certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and implement safety, hygiene and emergency response protocols.
• Lead and coordinate the Nursing team and health records management.
• Supervise health and hygiene protocol implementation across facilities.
• Plan and deliver first aid, evacuation and risk-prevention trainings.
• Coordinate emergency drills and promote a culture of prevention.
• Investigate incidents and ensure proper corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure documentation compliance with authorities.
• Oversee CCTV operations, security rounds and access control.
• Train private security personnel on surveillance and emergency protocols.
• Manage access credentials and visitor/supplier controls.

Education
