Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead to design, develop, and deliver SAP technical solutions. You will lead ABAP development, oversee ABAP objects, and ensure high-quality coding standards while coordinating with functional teams.

Experience designing and delivering SAP technical solutions.
Lead ABAP development including RICEFW objects.
Perform code reviews to ensure quality and standards.
Manage system integrations (IDocs, APIs, RFCs, OData, middleware).
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to teams.

Responsibilities

Design, development and implementation of SAP technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
Lead ABAP development (RICEFW: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Oversee transport management and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance using SAP best practices (CDS/AMDP).
Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
