Responsibilities
  • Manage AMS operations and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Coordinate support activities across technical and functional teams.
  • Monitor incidents, changes, and service performance indicators.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for escalation and client communication.
  • Optimize support processes and propose continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and status updates for stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Senior-level experience in SAP Service Management / AMS environments / SAP environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in complex, multinational environments.
  • Advanced English required for global interaction.
  • Must be based in Mexico and eligible for local payroll.
  • Full-time employment under Mexican payroll.
  • 100% remote role from anywhere in Mexico.
