Job summary

gsbsolutions1 seeks an SAP SD Consultant to design, configure, and support SAP SD solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments. You will participate in global SAP implementations, work with S/4HANA public/private cloud setups, and support end-to-end O2C processes.

The role requires strong hands-on SAP SD configuration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional, international teams. Fluency in English/Spanish is essential; remote work is offered from Mexico.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an SAP SD Consultant / SAP SD Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experience participating in SAP implementation, rollout, support, or transformation projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements related to Sales and Distribution processes.
• Design, configure, and support SAP SD solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and/or Private Cloud environments.
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Configure and support: Sales Orders, Pricing and Conditions, Customer / Business Partner Management, Availability Check / ATP, Outbound Deliveries, Picking and Shipping, Billing and Invoicing, Returns, Credit and Debit Processes, Intercompany Sales.
• Gather and document functional requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional solutions.
• Perform system configuration and functional testing.
• Prepare functional specifications when required.
• Coordinate and execute unit, integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD incidents and business process issues.
• Support data migration activities related to SD processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and other functional consultants.
• Work closely with SAP FI, MM, PP, EWM, and other integration areas as required.
• Support SAP releases, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and training materials.
• Participate in workshops with key users and business stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices and project standards.
