Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM, Procurement, Invoice Management, and integration with Finance. The consultant will support and optimize end-to-end procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Location is hybrid; candidate must be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey and be able to attend the office at least 2 days per week.

Formación

• 6+ years of SAP MM/P2P experience.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in Procurement, Invoice Verification, and Business Partner.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Procurement processes.
• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process including PR, PO, GR, SES, MIRO, and vendor payments.
• Configure Organization Structure, Material Master, and Vendor/Business Partner Master Data.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare activities.
• Provide production support and create process documentation.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM, Procurement, Invoice Management, and integration with Finance

The consultant will be responsible for supporting and optimizing end-to-end procurement processes in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions.


• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Procurement processes.


• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process including:

• Purchase Requisitions (PR)


• Purchase Orders (PO)


• Goods Receipts (GR)


• Service Entry Sheets (SES)


• Invoice Verification (MIRO)


• Vendor Payments

• Configure:

• Organization Structure


• Material Master


• Vendor/Business Partner Master Data


• Release Strategies/Workflows


• Account Determination


• Pricing Procedures


• Output Management

• Support integration between:

• MM and FI/AP


• SAP Ariba and S/4HANA

• Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and provide best-practice recommendations.


• Prepare Functional Specifications for custom developments and enhancements.


• Coordinate SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare activities.


• Provide production support and resolve critical business issues.


• Conduct user training and create process documentation.

Technical Skills

• Advanced English level


• 6+ years of SAP MM/P2P experience.


• Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.


• Strong expertise in:

• Experience with:
