Job summary

KION SCS is seeking a SAP Junior Project System Analyst to support SAP PS developments for the NA region. The role focuses on implementing and customizing SAP S/4HANA projects, including WBS, Network, cost planning, budgeting, and intercompany processes.

You will collaborate with clients and teams to ensure accurate requirements gathering and effective SAP PS solutions. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in SAP PS, exposure to S/4HANA/FIORI, and experience with CPM/PPM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in SAP Project Systems.
• 2 or more full life cycle implementations of SAP would be considered an asset.
• Desired experience with CPM.
• SAP EC&O industry experience with S/4HANA and SAP FIORI.
• Experience working in S/4HANA Implementation projects.
• Strong functional knowledge on the SAP PS, Network, WBS, and overall SAP functional knowledge (integration with other components / modules).
• Experience creating cost plans from approved estimates by dragging & dropping estimate items to project WBS or Network Activities.
• Experience Compare Estimates with Project Forecasts and Actual Costs, thus analyzing the accuracy of the estimates.
• Desired implementation experience of PPM/CPM.
• Integration knowledge with various SAP modules like MM,QM, CO, PP, PM, WM, SD, and FI.
• Proficient using Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing, and presenting project reports.
• Knowledge testing methodologies, processes, and tools for testing of functionality, including unit, integration, system, regression, and dry run testing.
• Ability to design and develop test plans (e.g., test objectives, test cases, test data, test scripts) for executing unit, integration, system, or acc

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP PS structures (WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost Planning).
• Configure SAP PS areas to meet blueprint requirements and support intercompany processes.
• Deliver SAP PS training and provide break/fix support; monitor risks and mitigations.
• Develop test plans and support unit/integration/system testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients on SAP PS projects.
