Bosch is seeking a skilled SAP SD professional to join the VM/BDO team in Queretaro, Mexico. You will support cross-border SAP SD processes, including order management, packaging, pricing and shipping across SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA. Travel flexibility is required as projects rollout regionally.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SAP SD with automotive industry exposure, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple project activities in a lean, learning-driven environment.

Formación

• At least 4 years of functional experience with SAP SD and interface processes to related areas, including customization and rollout experience.
• Strong competence in Sales and Distribution solutions for the automotive industry.
• Ability to coordinate many requirements and project activities with schedules and priorities.
• Self-organization, structured, responsible and goal-oriented.
• Analytical thinking and ability to design holistic, sustainable solutions.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Excellent command of English and willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deploy, support cross-country/continent SAP SD solutions within the Vehicle Motion Division.
• Contribute to lean processes and digital transformation including SAP S/4HANA move.
• Apply knowledge in Order Management, Packaging, Pricing, Shipping across SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate standardization with Process Experts, Process Managers and IT.

Job Description

• Our regional structure develops, deploys and supports cross-countries/continents solutions within the Bosch Vehicle Motion Division.
• We strive for lean processes and best in class standards and are in the middle of the digital transformation for Bosch Mobility including the move to SAP S/4HANA.
• As a member of the VM/BDO team, you will be required to use your skills and knowledge in the area of Order Management, Packaging, Pricing, Shipping, covering all Sales and Distribution processes in our SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA applications. Additionally, any experience in IT Project Management will be considered a competitive advantage.
• You will be part of our regional team to drive our digital transformation projects to successful rollout implementations.
• You will coordinate and facilitate process standardization with other Process Experts, the Process Managers and the IT departments.

The candidate is not expected to be fully versed on all the above areas, but he needs to have experience & knowledge in some of them and is required to be a self-starter, familiar with SAP processes, and capable of learning by doing

Qualifications

At least 4 years of functional experience with SAP SD and the interface processes to the connected process areas – including but not limited to deep process knowledge, understanding of customizing, several years of consulting and rollout experience, test management and user support and training

Good competence concerning Sales and Distribution solutions in automotive industry

Ability to coordinate a larger number of requirements and project activities, considering schedules and priorities

Self-organization, structured, responsible and goal-oriented

Analytical thinking and the competence to design holistic, sustainable solutions

Good communication and presentation skills

Bachelor degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics or related.

Excellent command of English

Willingness to travel
