KION Group IT in Monterrey is seeking a Junior ABAP Developer to join the Manufacturing IT Team, focusing on SAP PP and Plant Maintenance. You will develop and support ABAP solutions for production processes and contribute to the new IT Service Hub in Monterrey.

This role offers hands-on SAP development experience, incident resolution, and collaboration on projects, with a strong emphasis on following SAP best practices and creating user training materials.

Formación

• Experience in ABAP development for SAP PP/PM.
• Familiarity with SAP PP production planning.
• Ability to resolve incidents and implement changes.
• Willingness to participate in the Monterrey IT Service Hub.

Responsabilidades

• Support in the development of SAP PP for the production plants
• Act as 2nd support level for the application being used by the production area
• Work on incidents resolutions and workarounds
• Build and implement changes to the existing solutions
• Propose the technical solution for development according to SAP best practices
• Take part in projects executed in your responsibility area
• Create system documentation for user training and operations and support user training programs

As Junior ABAP Developer you will be part of the Manufacturing IT Team responsible for the SAP modules Production Planning (PP) and Plant Maintenance (PM) in KION Group IT. The person will take the responsibility for ABAP developing and supporting the production SAP PP area having a significant contribution to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, as well as the development of the newly created IT Service Hub in Monterrey.
