As a Cloud Developer Engineer, you will enhance Hyperscalers platforms, support incident resolution, and grow within the technology team. Position title: SAP Mexico Next Gen – Software Development
Location: Monterrey, Mexico
Expected Start: December, 2025*
Duration: 24 Months
Schedule: 40 HR/week
As a Cloud Developer Engineer, you will take a supporting role in continuously developing and improving the growing Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) Platform through focus on service reliability, service restoration, change velocity and TCO (4 core service SLO’s), in line with principles of Site Reliability and Engineering. As part of this, you will contribute in particularly complex and high‑impact incident resolution and problem root cause analysis of the Hyperscalers platforms, closely collaborating with the vendors (Microsoft, Amazon and Google) and other service delivery teams.
The environment will be provided so that you can develop into a leader and technical expert on any Hyperscaler platform in SAP, continuously investing into broadening and deepening organization’s knowledge of the platform and related technologies, actively driving development of the SAP’s Hypescalers Platform Community of Practice.
Team oriented person with an “always learning” mindset – readiness to invest into learning in both technology and operations domains with desire to pursue advanced technology certifications (primarily in the Microsoft Azure space).

The Hyperscalers Platform Operations and Engineering team focuses on improving the reliability of the Hyperscalers Platforms for the Line of Businesses units through SRE principles and on improving the platforms operations through development of automation and different in‑house solutions (Mainly based in Phyton).
