A global technology company in Monterrey is seeking a recent graduate for the SAP Mexico Next Gen - IT Technology Services role. This position focuses on server landscape administration, innovation in operational processes, and requires a strong customer and team-oriented mindset. About the Team

SAP CPIT Business Infrastructure Operations is SAPs IT-infrastructure provider and is responsible for running SAPs backend technology including operations of state-of-the-art datacenters as well as client technology (end-user equipment) around the globe. Business Infrastructure Operations Americas is responsible for 24x7 operations of important and critical SAP systems and applications embedded in an international delivery approach.

As part of BSS team the Cloud Platform enablement team is focusing on shared infrastructure services. Main locations of BSS are Germany Mexico and India. Operations are focused on high available infrastructure landscapes (server cluster operating systems with support of storage systems).

Driving continuous improvement is one main lever to increase operation availability and efficiency. Infrastructure landscape re architecture and new technology adoption is another important part. Global thinking and a strong customer focus are essential.

As an SAP MexicoNext Gen - IT TechnologyServices Partner you are responsible for :

Conceptual design configuration and administration of server landscapes with focus on Windows Operating systems

Cloud administration skills

Drive innovation to optimize automate and standardize the operational delivery processes

Managing the daily operations ensure high availability

Strong collaboration with server management units in the Service Centers of Global IT IS

Strong alignment and close cooperation with internal customers and partners

Willingness to take on call duty
