Customer Business Support (CBS) is part of Global GTM Operations which reports into Corporate Portfolio and Strategy to Exec area.
Mission: Reduce the effects of internal complexity so that Services Sales and Delivery can focus on Customers Success.

SAP is looking for a resource to join the Customer Business Support (CBS) team, as Sales Operations Business Partner – Young Professional to support and advise SAP Services Sales across Americas region.
As CBS team member you will have responsibilities to process and/or develop consulting related to services sales opportunities in existing SAP clients using SAP tools and processes by following Global, regional and local guidelines.
Contribute to revenue growth and profitability by processing profitable services sales deals in existing customers and achieve business targets.
Responsible for end‑to‑end deal process execution related to customer services opportunities.
Collaborates closely with sales management services to provide valuable performance insights and recommend related actions to achieve revenue generating business priorities. Leverages, adopts, and implements standard processes and systems to keep operations lean and insights consistent throughout the engagement. May be focused on a particular solution or corporate topic or on a region or country.
