Job Description/Overview:

As a Level 2 Support Specialist at Schneider Electric, you will be an integral part of our NAM support team, providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers and internal stakeholders. Your dedication to customer satisfaction and your technical expertise will be essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide system support for the SAP ERP to internal users.
  • Determine how and who a user issue should be resolved. Resolve directly or get to the appropriate support team in a timely basis. Own the resolution of an issue once you are engaged.
  • Deliver information to improve and enhance customer experience, to the User and Training Teams.
  • Develop and review knowledge documentation including white papers, troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles on how our SAP System is structured and features.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related experience.
  • English – Advanced.
  • 3-5 years for software customer experience.
  • Experience with ERP, CRM and ECM.
  • Experience with Dashboards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and articulations skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed teams.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal and organizational communication skills, and proficiency in multitude of software platforms.
  • Adaptability to process changes.
  • Expert Microsoft Excel knowledge.
  • Experience in SAP.
  • knowledge of a typical sales process (Quote, Order, Submit, Invoice).
