CRH Talento en IT seeks a Project Manager for SAP HANA in a hybrid role at Parque Toreo/CDMX. You will lead SAP HANA Blueprint, data migration, and system integration across Finance, Logistics, and Production, coordinating with global partners.

Requirements include a Engineering/CS/Business degree and extensive SAP HANA project leadership experience, plus English at advanced level for executive reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in SAP HANA projects using Waterfall/ASAP methodology.
• Knowledge of migrations to SAP S/4HANA from ECC, and coordinating core SAP modules (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP).
• Expertise in data migration and integration of historical records into SAP HANA.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Strong background in risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) essential for communication with international executives.
• Ability to manage projects with global consulting firms while safeguarding client interests.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented profile with strong long-term planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead assessment of current business processes and design the enterprise Blueprint for SAP HANA.
• Manage timelines across Preparation, Blueprint, Realization, Final Preparation, Go-Live, and Support.
• Oversee system configuration, development, stress testing, and data migration into SAP HANA.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and process owners across Finance, Logistics, Inventory, and Production.
• Handle complex data migrations with cleansing and integration.
• Control scope and budget deviations through change management.
• Report financial progress, project status, and risks to stakeholders in executive English.
• Coordinate collaboration with implementation partners, including Big Four firms.
