A leading technology consulting firm in Guadalajara is seeking a Senior SAP Consultant to work directly with clients, implementing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FSCM solutions. This role requires proven experience in treasury management, strong knowledge of financial processes, and excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance effectiveness and achieve client expectations. Onsite work arrangement with potential travel based on business demands.

Your role and responsibilities

As a senior SAP Consultant, you will serve as a client‑facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high‑quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products.

You will work on projects that assist clients in integrating strategy, process, technology, and information to enhance effectiveness, reduce costs, and improve profit and shareholder value. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.

This role is responsible for implementing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FSCM solutions for clients and serves as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high‑quality results and be trusted business advice with deep understanding of and/or hands‑on experience in the system. Focuses on understanding and analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. Utilizes business and industry knowledge, business processes and techno‑functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions with the goal of achieving client expectations.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP HANA FIN FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) solutions for enterprise clients.
• Strong knowledge of advanced treasury processes, financial investments, and risk management practices.
• Ability to automate, control, and report complex financial operations with high accounting and regulatory accuracy.
• Expertise in solution design and delivery, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and compliance with client requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Deep understanding of SAP TRM modules and integration with other SAP components.
• Experience in money market, forex, investments, CRA, MRA, PRA portfolio processes, including valuation and commodities.
• Knowledge of cash flow processes (FI), bank position and forecasting, including configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks and financial reporting standards in LATAM.
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and provide strategic recommendations.
• Exposure to large‑scale SAP transformation projects in multinational environments.
• Functional knowledge of financial instruments: derivatives (forwards, swaps, options), debt instruments (loans, bonds, promissory notes).
• Experience with integrations in CLM, IHC, BCM.
