Job summary

Crest IT Resources LLC seeks an SAP EWM specialist to support inbound/outbound, inventory, picking, packing, and put away processes. You will troubleshoot incidents, participate in SIT/UAT, and coordinate fixes with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable warehouse operations.

The role follows a hybrid schedule (Mon/Fri remote; Tue–Thu on-site) as the client moves toward five days in-office. Spanish language is required, and prior SAP EWM experience with testing cycles and defect resolution is

Qualifications

• Spanish speaking required.
• Proven SAP EWM support experience.
• Experience with SIT and UAT testing.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Cross-functional collaboration and clear communication.
• Hybrid work arrangement flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP EWM processes across Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Picking, Packing and Put Away.
• Investigate incidents, resolve issues, and coordinate fixes with appropriate teams.
• Participate in SIT and UAT to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Document findings and support outcomes to reduce repeat incidents.
• Maintain ownership of assigned tasks and drive process improvements.
• Work in a hybrid schedule (Mon/Fri remote; Tue–Thu on-site) as client moves to 5 days in-office.
