Pyramid Consulting, Inc in Mexico is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA specialist to lead EWM and SCM enablement across private and public editions. The role focuses on delivering robust supply chain solutions and ongoing support with a strong emphasis on cross‑functional collaboration.

The candidate will leverage certification, superior English communication, and proven leadership to guide teams through issue resolution using ticketing tools and SLA commitments in a dynamic enterprise

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4Hana Private Editions and 2+ years in S/4 Hana Public Editions focusing on EWM and SCM.
• Certification on S/4Hana Public or Private Edition EWM.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong support experience using ticketing tools, IRT, and SLA.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership and training abilities, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing within teams.
• Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.
